Community Reinvestment Act Public File
In 1977, Congress enacted the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 (CRA). This federal law encourages certain financial institutions to meet the needs of the communities in which they serve, including low to moderate income neighborhoods.

HMDA Notice
Effective January 1, 2018, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data about our residential mortgage lending are available online for review. The data shows geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. This data is available online at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s website here beginning with calendar years 2017 forward. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available at this website.

SBT Advantage supports a number of charitable fundraising events each year. If you would like your organization to be considered, please email us at : cra@sterlingbank.com
Your request should include the date of the event, the purpose of the event, event budget, recognition opportunities and fair market value of the ticket. Your request should be mailed at least 90 days before the event takes place.
